First few recommended steps after free account creation
1- Change your password. If you have logged in using the temporary password, Please go to My Dashboard à My Account and enter a new password and other mandatory profile information.
2- Access free books – You can go to my dashboard à My Books collection à Access books for free access trial access of the books.
3- Enroll in a trial subscription. The best way to experience myenzone is with a FREE 7 day trial subscription. Go to home à Click on the right trial button in the trial box.
4- Go to My Dashboard. Go to MyDashboard à learning objects to see the sample courses à enroll and attend. Go to My Books collection to see your online books.
5- Catalog. Please visit our catalog to see all our offerings for purchase and trial.
6- Feedback.We will appreciate your feedback at info@myenzone.com

What are the client requirements to run courses from myenzone
There is no special client installation required and most standard browsers with Java should be able to run our courses without any problem. Here are few things to check. For more detailed requirement, please go to the end of this document.

I am unable to login.
In most cases you must be entering a wrong emailid or password. Please click on “Request new password” to receive a new password. If you do not rememebr your account name, please check back the registration email that you would have received. If this does not help, please email support@myenzone.com
I get logeed out as I move from one web page to another.
Sometimes browser cache creates this problem. Please go to internet options and clear cache. This should allow you to login.
I created my account but I did not get the login information.

I registered for a free account but I do not see any courses in my dashboard.
As of now we do not have any free courses to offer. You would need to either buy the subscription or take a 7-Day trial, it is really easy and Free!. Please visit our Tour and Click on registration and Catalog for more details.
FAQ/Purchasing and e-CommerceDo I have to create a paypal account to buy your subscription.
No. If you want to use your credit card, you can simply provide those details and purchase the item. Paypal may ask you to enter your emailid but that is a temporary information to keep record of the transaction.
Do I have have to use Paypal? Can I use other methods of payment.
We offer credit card payment service using Paypal. We are happy to make other methods of payment for you, please contact us at sales@myenzone.com
Can I purchase more one user subscription license for my organization?
Yes. Please send us an email at sales@myenzone.com and we will work with you within 24 hours.
How can I buy only the books subscription?

We offer a wide range of learning content in the form of libraries. We are also working on projects, Labs, tutorials, virtual classes and seminar solutions. For more details, I will recommend to watch first 5 minutes of our tour. Click on the tour at the top of the page.
FAQ/CollaborationHow can I would with other learners?
Myenzone offers a wide range of collaboration features like Buddy system, forums, chat, wiki, blogs and digital notebooks.
We are currently working on some of these features and community features and we will provide more details on this by 1st week of July.
You are welcome to try current features and provide feedback.
FAQ/Access coursesI have purchased a subscription but when I launch a course, it is giving error.
Answer. Most of these errors are due to browser setup issues. Please check your browser settings as given in the beginning of this document.
When I click on the course, it takes 1 min and still does not load the course.
Sometimes course loading can take up to 30 seconds due to the size of the course. If the course is not launching even in 1 minute, please send an email to support@myenzone.com.
When I play the course, I get following error.
![]() This error might occur, if you launch the course the second time. Please close your course browsers and go back to myenzone (My dashboard).
I do not see any images when I am running the course.
This would be most likely due to local setup. Please make sure that the browser is setup correctly by reviewing the requirements earlier in this document. Please contact us if it does not get resolved.
FAQ/Learning Paths
I want to buy a specific learning path. How can I buy that.
Learning path is a collection of learning object to guide learner on a topic or role. These learning paths are available at no cost to the paid subscriber. Please buy the subscription on that topic and you will automatically get access to the learning paths.
